Stonington Public Schools

Our district is comprised of four schools that serve approximately 2020 students from across the Stonington community including the borough of Stonington, the villages of Pawcatuck, Lords Point, and Wequetequock, and the eastern halves of Mystic and Old Mystic. The two newly renovated and expanded elementary schools, Deans Mill School and West Vine Street School, serve students in grades preK-5. Each school has been recognized for academic excellence and provides a vibrant learning environment for our youngest students. Both schools offer high quality, student-centered programs in reading, writing, mathematics, and science, as well as art, music, and physical education/health. Stonington Middle School serves students in grades 6-8 and enjoys robust music and drama programs.
