We are a national Stroke Support Organisation (SSO) enabling stroke survivors, their careers and people who are at risk of having a stroke to do extraordinary things. Our aim is to help promote positive wellbeing, and, save lives through helping stroke survivors regain function and independence, as well as, preventing and managing stroke risk factors like Atrial Fibrillation, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Hypertension, Obesity, Physical Inactivity
