Studio KDA is a Berkeley, California architecture and interior design practice dedicated to the creation of buildings that bring people together, are affordably built, operationally efficient, and that are welcome additions to their communities. We work closely with developers, business owners and mission-driven clients to bring complex projects from pre-design and entitlements through construction. By carefully managing costs, leveraging technology, and innovating new approaches we have developed a body of work that includes student housing, market-rate housing, restaurants, bars, workplaces, and large retail centers. We are highly service-oriented; every client relationship is unique and every design solution specific to the site, budget, brand vision, customer demographic, and schedule.
