Success Works unlocks the potential of women with a criminal record through our mentoring program, one-to-one support, and job readiness workshops. We also work with employers to help them address structural issues that create barriers to these women finding employment. Our vision is a world where women who have been impacted by the criminal justice system face ZERO discrimination in recruitment and employment. Success Works Partners is a culturally safe, independent, not-for-profit social enterprise with deductible gift recipient (DGR) status. Our partnership model transforms the lives of women affected by the criminal justice system by empowering them to present themselves to an employer who sees their skills and potential and not the record.
