Organized in 1969, the Suicide and Crisis Center of North Texas (SCCenter) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit suicide and crisis prevention center located in Dallas, Texas. Our mission: Helping those in crisis, especially suicidal crisis, find hope for the future. We strive to identify warning signs of suicidal behavior, facilitate the return to a pre-crisis state, enhance growth through effective problem solving and ultimately prevent self-destructive behavior.
