Sunderland Student Law Clinic

The Sunderland Student Law Clinic is a student led pro bono legal advice centre within the University of Sunderland. We offer free legal advice on a range of different legal issues and a fully professional service to our local community. We focus on areas of law where clients may be ineligible for legal aid and may find it difficult to find or afford other legal services. We are very proud to work with local solicitors, businesses and other legal services to ensure we can provide advice and assistance to some of the most vulnerable members of our community. At the same time, the Law Clinic provides a wonderful opportunity for our Law students on both the undergraduate degree and the Legal Practice Course, to gain valuable real-life experience of legal practice and put theory into practice.
