Sunset Youth Services

Sunset Youth Services is a local non-profit organization that has successfully transformed the lives of over 6,000 low-income, in-risk San Francisco youth since 1993. Sunset Youth Services youth struggle with chaotic family systems, destructive behavioral patterns, rampant drug use, chronic truancy, incarcerated parents and other risk factors. Our model of providing one-on-one positive support from caring adults helps youth view themselves as valuable contributors to society and engages them in learning to serve their community as opposed to exploiting it.
