The great success of the brand in the country led to the creation of Superbrands for trading & investing company, which was established in 2008 as a subsidiary of Khalaf Stores, to solely handle the Nespresso business in Jordan, with its dedicated team and resources. In 2009, Superbrands introduced a customer relations centre, with professional customer service advisors, as well as professional after-sales maintenance and technical advisors.
