In 2011, Sushi Kabar embarked on a mission to create win-win-win opportunities for sushi chefs, grocery stores, and our customers. Our singular focus on fulfilling this mission catalyzed Kabars growth across the United States and expanded our partnerships into leading organizations in the Corporate Dining, Grocery, Healthcare (Hospitals), and Higher Education categories. How did we do it? By treating our people like the VIPs they are. In the center of our win-win-win proposition is the chef crucial to maximizing the ROS (return on sushi) for our partners and customers.
