Sussex Interpreting Services (SIS) is an independent social enterprise and charitable company working to relieve the poverty of individuals from Black and Minority Ethnic communities (BME) by providing community interpreting and translation, bilingual health advocacy services, confidential advice, assistance and information. SIS exists to enable full access, for people with language needs, to publicly funded services in order to improve health, education and quality of life.
