Sustainability Cell, IIT Bombay

We are a student-led body that works to foster sustainability at IIT Bombay through technical, policy, and behavioral changes. We serve as the hub for all the institutes sustainable development innovations, research, and teachings. We are committed to addressing some of the most pressing sustainability challenges facing our planet, including climate change, waste reduction, and renewable energy. From executing institute-wide projects - like the 3-bin segregation project - to organising competitions pertaining to sustainability - like the pan India competition, Airathon - we are involved in all things sustainable at IIT Bombay. Two of our most noteworthy projects are the Institute Sustainabilty Report (ISR) and The Green Cup.
