Sustainable Harvest International

Sustainable Harvest International (SHI) is an environmental nonprofit with over 27 years of experience in sustainable farming. SHI has partnered with families in rural communities across Central America since 1997. Using organic vegetable gardens, wood-conserving stoves, seed saving and many other sustainable farming methods, SHIs local field trainers work with individuals and communities to preserve tropical forests and improve livelihoods.
