Swapno is a platform of enthusiastic students of higher institutions, university graduates and young professionals who are committed to bring positive changes in their locality with their educational qualities and personal skills. Swapno motivates them to utilize their personal and educational excellencies to the well being of society and the locality they belongs to. Swapno sets different goals to be achieved by forming clubs with a group of members with a common dream. It focuses on research based events and gives priority on events bring effective and positive changes. It is very conscious of involving young generation in volunteering to make them social and more capable of building their leadership techniques. It is important to notice that Swapno is a non political volunteering youth organization.
