Many children are spending time in hospitals and institutional care unnecessarily while home care is 10 times less expensive, more effective, and convenient. The pediatric home care market has not kept pace with this growing demand and is in need of thousands more nurses. To address the growing demand for pediatric home care, SwiftShift is reimagining pediatric home care delivery by creating the first caregiver-managed pediatric home care service. Our long-term mission is to increase the number of pediatric nurses who choose to work in this field so that every child can access reliable home care.
