Swiss Solar Boat is a Swiss project created by EPFL engineering students eager to contribute to the new momentum the world needs in terms of technology, innovation, sustainability, and ecology. Driven by our passion for the maritime world and the desire to share knowledge, our goal is to design and build boats that address the key challenges of future maritime transportation. We believe that combining hydrogen and solar energy is the solution for more sustainable and efficient sailing. We are constantly striving for improvement by participating in competitions like the Monaco Energy Boat Challenge, with much more to come
