Switch is a precise choreographed total body workout, high intensity interval training (HIIT), rewritten and reproduced daily. You will never repeat a workout. At Switch the priority is not finding a new way to train but rather creating an intensely enjoyable workout where health and fitness are natural side-effects. Classes are run by highly trained instructors and assistants focused on ensuring participants form and functionality. The core team, the Switch Squad, our family, is what makes Switch so powerful.
