Synergy Mouldworks is a full-service manufacturer of custom plastic injection moulds, serving the food and beverage, cap and closure, medical, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and automotive industries. Cory Robertson has always believed that a cohesive team working closely together is greater than the sum of its individual parts. In 2011, the mould making company Robertson was employed by encountered financial troubles and was ultimately forced into receivership. Amidst the chaos and insecurity of the entire organization facing unemployment, Cory took the biggest risk of his professional career - leveraging everything to buy the assets, revive, and transform the organizations business model. With the support and commitment of many former colleagues, the team focused on growth by putting its customers at the heart of every project.
