Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience providing efficient, cost-effective civil engineering services for our clients in the Palouse, Clearwater Valley and Spokane Valley. A major factor for opening a small firm in Pullman was to remove ourselves from corporate red tape, and provide a high level of local knowledge with professional expertise. SynTier focuses on personal, one-on-one relationships with each of our highly-valued customers.
