The Syrian Young Entrepreneurs Association (SYEA) is a non-profit NGO working to strengthen the entrepreneurial capacity of young people in Syria and support the launch of projects that turn them into job-creators instead of job searchers. It operates on four levels: deepening the culture of entrepreneurship in the country and breaking psychological barriers to starting a business, providing information and experience necessary to launch and sustain entrepreneurial projects, building a support network for entrepreneurial ventures, and financing entrepreneurial activities. Since its founding, SYEA has become one of the main authorities on entrepreneurship in Syria
