SZEngine Engine Development Team

The SZEngine team was established with the help of Szechenyi Istvan University in Gyor and AUDI Hungaria. The main goal of the team is to develop a single cylinder race engine for Formula Student teams. The Students design, develop the parts of the engine and manufacture them with the help of sponsors of the team. The Team consists of mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering and and electrical engineering students, as well as economics students to provide the economic background of the team. In November 2012, our first self developed, unique, single-cylinder race engine, the EVO1 was assembled and presented. The second generation race engine, the EVO2 was presented to the public in November 2013. The development process of our 3rd generation engine, the EVO3 takes less than one year.
