In business for over 40 years T-M Vacuum Products occupies a modern 53,000 square foot manufacturing facility located in Cinnaminson New Jersey near Philadelphia that includes machining sheet metal and welding fabrication centers as well as assembly and test facilities. The products offered by T-M Vacuum fall into three general categories: Vacuum furnaces and ovens are available in various sizes for thermal processing. Vacuum furnaces are capable of attaining temperatures as high as 2000C while vacuum ovens can attain a maximum of 600C. Thin Film deposition systems which are made up of both sputtering systems and batch evaporation systems for either advanced research and development or full production.
