Taciroglu, one of the leading manufacturer of dairy products sector in Turkey specialised on cheese production since 30s. In 1967, the company launched first packed cheese in Turkish market under Taciroglu brand. Taciroglu, supplying traditional Turkish cheese produced with traditional methods, has given priority to the brand concept and responsibility. In 1979, PEYSAN brand was added to its product range. At the same year Peysan Food Incorporation was founded and the company gathered its functions under the same roof. Peysan Food Incorporation, in 1987, in addition to traditional Turkish cheeses, started to produce Jadel cheese that has big market share in Middle-East, by the assistance of foreign experts. Peysan and Taciroglu brands are produced in Edirne plant, having 31.000 square meter of production facilities, and equipped with modern technology.
