TAG Developments is a full cycle real estate developer holding over 4,000 acres of land in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region. We develop our raw land into industrial, commercial, and residential neighborhoods with a clear focus on the needs of the end user. We also manage a portfolio of over 400,000 square feet of buildings including office, retail, and industrial properties all constructed, owned, and operated by TAG Developments. Although our name is new, our origin has deep roots in the Edmonton Region. Formerly known as Trans America Group, TAG Developments was founded in 1971 by Eli Adler a dentist by trade with a passion for real estate development. Over the next 40 years, TAG Developments went on to build or purchase over 2 million square feet of industrial, office, and retail space and develop and sell over 4,250 acres of land in the Edmonton Metropolitan Region.
