A non-profit initiative established in Baghdad in 2018, works in collaboration with universities in Baghdad and Private sector companies. Our Goal:- Is to help fresh graduates to have a chance of getting job\internship opportunities in private sector enterprises through the special package of training and workshops we provide to make them a FULLY QUALIFIED private sector employee. Most of our training is focusing on the general skills needed in the private sector, especially the administrative skills and interpersonal skills. because we believe that these skills are the most important skills to be a successful employee besides his technical specialty
