Tai Ceredigion

Tai Ceredigion is a locally based, not for profit, Housing Association. It is an Industrial and Provident Society (registered under charitable rules) and is also registered with the Financial Services Authority (FSA). This means that all of Tai Ceredigions income can be ploughed back into improving tenants homes, providing quality services to tenants and leaseholders and running the housing service. Tai Ceredigion is run by a management board of fifteen unpaid (other than reasonable out of pocket expenses) volunteers. The Board is made up of five elected tenant representatives, five Ceredigion County Council nominees, and five independent members of the community. They have overall responsibility for running Tai Ceredigion, including policy development and budget setting. Tai Ceredigion is responsible for the management of over 2,200 homes and 140 leasehold dwellings throughout Ceredigion.
