To play Taiko requires motivation, discipline, focus and passion. Liz Walters has over 20 years experience working with children and adults from all walks of life and has truly dedicated her time and passion to helping others find their physical, mental and emotional power, confidence and self esteem through this traditional and inspiring artform.
