Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia under the Act as a private limited company on 18 December 2008 under the name of Kreatif Selaras Sdn Bhd and we commenced our business on 5 May 2009. On 17 October 2013, our name was changed to Tanah Makmur Sdn Bhd and on 29 November 2013, our Company was converted into a public limited company and assumed its present name of Tanah Makmur Berhad. Subsequently, The Company embarked on a listing exercise which involved initial public offering (IPO) of 101.59 million ordinary shares which comprises public issue of 52.14 million new shares and an offer for sale of 49.45 million existing shares at an offer price of RM1.25 per share, raising RM65.18 million for the group.
