Principles Scott Endres, and Dean Engelmann both started as farm boys, growing up on their families farms and learning a love and appreciation of plants, animals, and growing things while preserving the land for future generations. What started as an idea when they were just out of horticulture school at the U of M has grown into a business that now consists of: Our Farm. Our Plants. Our Animals. Our Food. 1) 140 Farm Acres of sustainable, responsible, pesticide and chemical free production at our farm in Plato, MN. Over 10,000 sq ft of solar panels provide power to our farm and 80% of our farm waste is either recycled or composted.
