Taqueria Los Gueros

What does the word authentic signify to you? To us it stands for something that is real. To us it means an item or idea thats genuine to its beginnings. It means the hint of salt thats tasted on our al pastor meat (Our Signature Roasted Pork). Or even the spicy kick you get from our baked chicken. Flavors you dont ever find anywhere else, other than in Mexico. Its exactly these flavors that inspired our founders to establish what is now known as Taqueria Los Gueros. Three brothers, who have been entrepreneurs and have worked with food since their teen years are responsible for all this goodness. But Taqueria Los Gueros didnt become a reality until they left Mexico City. They decided to take on to different ventures outside their hometown and started traveling. Time passed, many little businesses were built along the way as they kept traveling ending up all the way in New Jersey.
