Tarsago Media Group was founded in 2013, with operations on five markets: Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia.TMG manages its operations through wholly-owned subsidiaries in each of its markets: Tarsago Polska Sp. z o.o., Mersigo Sp. z o.o., MobileB2B Sp. z o.o., Digital Contact Sp. z o.o., Tarsago Romania S.R.L., Tarsago Magyarorszag Kft., Tarsago Ceska republika, s.r.o., Tarsago Slovensko, s.r.o. In 2013, the company signed agreements with the American media company The Readers Digest Association, Inc., on the basis of which TMG became the owner of the former Readers Digest entities in Poland, Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia, and was also granted a license allowing for the sale of Readers Digest products in those countries.
