Taza is a Mediterranean food supplier that specializes in vegan and gluten free products, specifically falafel. Taza produces falafel the traditional way: with soaked chickpeas, fresh onion and parsley, and a blend of 10 authentic spices. We then portion it in balls and sliders for ease of use in the kitchen. Chefs have the complicated job of catering to many different palettes while streamlining their operation for maximum efficiency. Taza addresses the consistent problem of adjusting for vegan and gluten free diets. Instead of chefs spending energy, money, and labor towards creating fresh dishes out of meat substitutes and speciality flours, they can easily use the portioned falafel to quickly create tasty dishes and redirect the saved resources elsewhere in the kitchen.
