Team Disha has been the backbone of placement preparation for each batch every year since its inception. The team strategizes for and aids in the preparation and mentorship activities for more than 1000 students every year. The agenda of the team is to individually mentor every candidate for the placement process. It utilizes the batchs expertise, leverages alumni experience, and prepares & maintains study materials to disseminate overall, as well as, domain-specific knowledge to ensure high-quality preparation of IIM Lucknow students for placements
