Team Hammerhead GIKI

Team Hammerhead ARC is a group of students from different faculties of GIKI who annually take part in Shell Eco Marathon Asia in Prototype Battery Electric category. Shell Eco-marathon is a global competition in which university students design, build and drive the most energy-efficient car. With three annual events in Asia, Americas and Europe, student teams take to the track to see who goes furthest on the least amount of fuel. Our Aim is to design, manufacture and build super mileage, ultra-light weight, fuel efficient and eco-friendly vehicles. And to encourage students to find potential solutions for current and future energy crisis faced by the automobile sector, using their engineering brains and innovative ideas.
