Tectum GM is a rental housing generating company, provider of homes adapted to new needs. We pay special attention to innovation in the creation of our buildings and the relationship with the tenant through digital tools and value-added services. Living contemporary is our philosophy. We take into account the growing need for a living space created according to the social changes we are experiencing. We intend that living for rent is an attractive option for our tenants and that it consolidates itself as a real and long-term alternative in Spain. We want to have a fundamental role in a fundamental subject; access to housing on a rental basis. We are a young company, we were born in December 2017, however, we have a committed team and solid experience from different sectors. Together, we bring a multidisciplinary vision that allows us to integrate different perspectives. And since 2018 we have in Spain more than 1,100 new homes in different stages of development for affordable rent
