Teenage Tutors

The idea behind Teenage Tutors was simple. How could we match local, honour roll, grade 10, 11 and 12 students with local families looking for a convenient resource for homework help? That was 2011 and our first tutor was my daughter, Veronika. I had concerns about her publicly posting her name and phone number in the neighbourhood, so I created a company! I would visit with the families prior to the first tutoring session to make sure that we were able to provide the support that they required and make sure that my daughter would be in a safe and suitable environment. Weve continued to evolve with new features like online billing and payment, and weve grown as weve found like-minded people who have joined us to bring Teenage Tutors to their communities, but the basics stay the same.
