Terminal Darsena Toscana (TDT) is the main container Terminal in the Port of Livorno, with an annual operating capacity of 900.000 TEU. Established in 1997, TDT joined Gruppo Investimenti Portuali S.p.A. (GIP) in 2012. Thanks to this transition the container terminal of Livorno has been improving its skills until 2017, when the arrival of two specaialised European infrastructure investors - Infracapital and Infravia- gave a new boost to the Group. The new approach of TDT - inside the GIP Group - deals with structural integration and reconfiguring internal procedures with a view to innovation, security and quality. This process contributes to establishing an ethical framework and gives TDT a distinctive line of action.
