Founded in 1985 by the late John Saunders AO (co-founder of Westfield), Terrace Tower Group is an Australian privately owned diversified real estate and investment company. While its foundations are in commercial real estate, the Group currently invests across several asset classes, through its offices in Sydney, New York and Portland. The Groups permanent capital structure and flexible mandate allows it to underwrite opportunities in emerging investment areas and first-time managers.
