Terracores local experience in ground investigation has started in 1977 before and during the construction of the Marsa dock and the Malta Freeport. On the other hand our international experience has started in June1978 were Alfred Xerri Director / General Manager of Terracore Ltd., has joined the Oil Drilling and Sampling Industry. The 21 years in this field has taken Alfred to France, Scotland, Nigeria, Libya, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Oman, Siberia and Pakistan were he has spent the last eight years in the Oil Industry as a Rig Superintendent, managing a workforce of about 120 employees and having all the departments reporting directly to him and that includes the Drilling, Geological, Mechanical, Electrical and Catering Departments.
