Texas Central Title, LLC is locally owned and operated by Ernestine and Marcus Shanks, the mother/son team. Ernestine and Marcus Shanks have grown the company based on honesty, integrity and good old fashioned hard work. Ernestine has been in the Title Industry since 1968 while Marcus has been enjoying the industry since 1988. Ernestine, along with three attorneys, decided to create a title company of their own in 1986. Texas Central Title opened up for business in January of 1987 with Ernestine Shanks as manager and part owner. Over the years, Ernestine and Marcus bought out the other principals paving the way for Ernestine and Marcus to own and operate Texas Central Title, LLC with prudence. Texas Central Titles closing staff alone comprises over a 100 years of experience of closing real estate transactions.
