TexAssist was founded with the intent to become the top surgical assist staffing company in the orthopedic and spine space in DFW initially, with eyes on eventually growing to other markets within Texas. Our goal was never to become the largest provider of surgical assist staffing services, just simply be known as having the deepest bench of highly skilled staff that surgeons really wanted to work alongside. We started small and grew organically from surgeon to surgeon referrals. Much of our business today is still driven by this method and we can be proud to say that weve never had a surgeon elect to no longer work with us because our staff didnt meet their standards. Along the way, weve earned the trust of our clients to do more than just provide staffing services.
