T&G was formed by two partners in 1975, with one of the partners still Managing Director today; it is very much a family run business. Starting with a small range of pinewood kitchen products from Portugal, the range quickly developed and by 1979 they had the largest range of domestic woodware available in the UK. Based in Portishead, Bristol, United Kingdom T&Gs core business is to design and produce for the home, export, retail and catering markets. Domestic woodware products, the original material, remain a large part of the T&G enterprise.
