Like walking into a little piece of Thailand, Thaikhun restaurants have transported the entire Thai street food market experience to the UK. Owned jointly by Kim Kaewkraitkhot and Martin Stead, Thaikhun is inspired by Kims stories of running her own small restaurant in Bangkok. Kims food was renowned by locals for its fantastic flavours, especially her award-winning Pad Thai recipe. 2014 saw the first Thaikhun open introducing Thai street food to the city of Manchester. Thaikhun has been welcomed with open arms and now is home to restaurants all across the UK, including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Oxford, Cambridge, Nottingham, Newcastle, Guildford, Bath and Southampton.
