Tharros Place

Tharros Place is developing a residential facility for female victims of human trafficking ages 11-17 within the Savannah area. The facility will meet both emergency/rapid and long-term housing needs, with the ability to place immediately a young victim in crisis while also meeting long-term needs to transition to life beyond trafficking and sexual assault. Tharros means courage in Greek, and Tharros Place strives to create a culture of courage for its residents.
