THAT Place Projects

THAT Place Projects is a restaurant group and a land development company that specializes in place-making. More than just adapting old buildings and turning them into great restaurants, THAT Place Projects makes investments in communities. We were the first to invest in the Southside of Downtown Flagstaff, beginning in 2009 with the Tinderbox Kitchen. Our name is derived from the initials our first three concepts: Tourist Home, Annex Cocktail Lounge and Tinderbox Kitchen and is a twist on the oft heard expression I love that place, what was the name of that place? that define great places. We also are launching new concepts Corn and Four and The District in 2020. WHY WE EXIST We exist to to serve a need for genuine hospitality and commitment to consistent, excellent quality food.
