The mission of THC, Inc. (THC) is to improve communities adversely impacted by uncontrollable factors such as airport noise, the expansion of highways and airports and advancement of public facilities for the overall good of the public as well as assisting communities affected by flooding due to natural disasters. Since 1994, THC has become a recognized leader to provide right of way/land acquisition and noise mitigation consulting services for airport authorities, state departments, municipalities, county engineering departments and private sector clients while treating impacted property owners and communities with the utmost respect throughout the entire land acquisition process as well as those participating in Airport Residential Sound Insulation Programs managed by THC.
