The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF) is the leading institution for capacity development in Africa. It has a membership of 40 African countries as well as the African Development Bank (AfDB), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Bank. ACBFs focus is on human capital development and institution building to address current and future development challenges.
