The American Historical Society of Germans from Russia (AHSGR) is non-profit, International Society that makes its headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. We boast an invested, global membership, a dedicated staff, a museum campus which celebrates the artifacts of our German-Russian ancestors, International Chapters, and the largest collection of German-Russian ancestral documents in the Western Hemisphere. The AHSGR Cultural Heritage Research Center in Lincoln includes the Jake Sinner Headquarters Building, the Emma Schwabenland Haynes Library Archives, a German from Russia Pioneer Family Commemorative Statue, and the Amen Family Historical Village, named in honor of the Henry J. Amen Family of Lincoln
