The Apartment Company is a property management company as well as an investment syndication firm and a brokerage. We only manage our own properties. We are creatively pooling resources with our residents to extract value in a way maximizing its positive influence on the community. We are focused on the health and education of our communities and strive to support residents on their road to their goals. We like to call these the communities of the future. Our economies off scale and attention to detail have produced the ability to complete the long term maintenance of an apartment building almost exclusively in-house with little use of outsourced vendors. The result is pride of ownership versus quick project completion for pay as in many times with even the best vendors. We know we will be dealing with the result of our choices in twenty years
