The Astronauts Collective (TAC)

Hello! TAC is a non-profit initiative founded in 2014 to help support our youths on their journey of career exploration. We personally experienced how the lack of exposure and access to diverse careers and pathways, fueled by societys perception of what makes a good job inadvertently limited what we considered as possible career options. Many of us deferred to dominant notions of success and stuck to conventional pathways. So we thought - what if we could bring together a collective of volunteer professionals from diverse walks of life to help younger versions of us openly explore the world of work? Almost like astronauts exploring the new and unfamiliar worlds.
