The Barbados Olympic Association Inc. (BOA) was formed after the dissolution of the West Indies Federation in 1962 and is a non-profit company recognised by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Barbados and by the Commonwealth Games Federation as the Commonwealth Games Association (CGA) of Barbados.
